Why steam disinfection?

Food safety is getting more and more attention these days.

The production of processed food requires the proper operation of many production technology elements in order to produce marketable goods at the end of the process. 

Compliance with hygiene regulations and the creation of a controlled industrial environment is extremely important to minimize the occurrence and prevent the proliferation of pathogens. However, we cannot always achieve our goals with chemicals or other types of disinfectants.

Due to their small size, microbes can hide in damaged equipment and environments, where they can survive and multiply. This can lead to the repeated contamination of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Salmonella and listeria are common microbes that can cause serious illnesses for consumers.

Our special process uses steam to heat-treat food production equipment without the use of chemicals. This process destroys pathogens that are not visible to the naked eye on the surfaces of the equipment with 100% certainty.

How It Works?

Without the use of chemicals, the targeted surfaces of
the equipment are heat-treated with dry steam.
This process destroys various pathogens and bacterial colonies,
even in the microcracks of the surfaces.
The specific process used depends on the equipment,
as the degree of heat treatment required varies.
